Brenda Hicks Williams, Chief Researcher    

     Mrs. Williams has been an educator for forty years.  She has experience from kindergarten to a college education.  Her education experience includes general education, special education, education administration, and Response to Intervention (R.T.I.) Research and grant-writing for education initiatives. She is certified in K-8 General Education, K-12 Special Education, Administration & Supervision, City Planner, and Specialization in Response to Intervention. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mental Retardation from Alabama A & M University, and a Master of Arts degree in Administration & Supervision from Xavier University at New Orleans, with added endorsements of Plus-30 in Learning Disabilities in European schools from The Polytechnic University of London, England.  Currently, Mrs. Williams is completing research on R.T.I. procedures. 

 

Dana Vance, Education Researcher

    Mrs. Vance is an elementary school teacher. She is certified in Early Childhood Education, and Elementary Education, and has endorsements in Gifted and English to Speakers of Other Languages (E.S.O.L.) Education. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in African & African American Studies from Louisiana State University. She also has a Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University.

Jonathan Mullins, Accountant

   Jonathan Mullins is the President of JLM Tax & Accounting Solutions. Mr. Mullins has a Business Management Degree from Oakwood University & Certificate in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
